Tofu Salad
1 lb. Tofu (firm) 1/4 c. soy mayonnaise 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. mustard 1/4 c. onions, chopped salt & pepper to taste 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. turmeric lettuce & tomato (optional)
Drain, press and mash tofu. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread on whole-grain bread of choice. Add lettuce and tomato if desired. _________________ ~*Shelly*~
